Children and young people
Public libraries are great for families, and often offer activities such as storytelling, art workshops, film showings and even singing and dancing. They also hold information on local family events and free activities.
Many public libraries provide specific areas for children and young people to read, use computers, watch films, and listen to music. Some libraries offer homework clubs, where library staff offer homework support and help children and young people use the library’s resources.
